Webclient - The Empire Strikes Back

After some initial fuckery, the Webclient appears to be working. Whether or not it carries forward for 10 games remains to be seen.  However, in order to use it, you need to supply me with a password for your lines.  Those of you who have already done that can go ahead and use the Webclient. Those who haven't can suck it.

GM Editor (Windows) Updated

If you're using the GM Editor to do your lines, please download and install the latest version of the client.  You can get it from here.

Webclient - A New Hope

It looks like the original creator of the Webclient fixed a glaring error and it now allows for rosters to be copied from Day 1 through to 10. This means that you can set your roster and lines through the website for 10 days. This probably won't work for anyone who wants goaltenders to play certain games or if you're a 'slider' kind-of-guy but it will provide you with an option outside of the GM Editor on Windows.

The best option is to just join us for games virtually and do your lines live. That way, you can make changes when injuries or suspensions hit.  I'll need to some time to look at the code changes and have CMack review but hopefully, we can make the changes early enough next week to allow guinea pigs to give it a whirl for that week's games.

Next Games - Saturday January 2, 2021

No games on Boxing Day. The next set of games will be held on Saturday January 2, 2012 - 11:30am Mountain.

The invite for Boxing Day will be cancelled but the other invites will stay the same for now.

Site Updated - Let the Games Begin!

The site has been updated with the data for the 2020/21 Season. The League File is available from the Roster File link in the upper right hand corner (the little cloud with the down arrow).  If you're on Windows, you will need to download the GM Editor from here.  Note that a Mac client is available but you really have to jump through hoops to set it up. You're better off just showing up to games and doing your lines that way.  The Web Client only does your lines for one game and isn't terribly helpful. CMack may need to code something up in which case you will owe him beer or whatever else he drinks.

Note that I've set a 62 Game schedule. That should have us finishing up just about the same time as the NHL - if they every get their shit together.

Remember - you have to be roster and cap compliant by the time games kick off on Saturday or penalties will apply.  If you have players that sim automatically assigned a new deal to, please post them in the roster moves section of the website. I will then go in and assign them their last season's salary for a one year term.
